  • How do your single licenses work?

    When you enrol in a single license you get access to the video and text lessons for 6 months. Your login works with the email you used to sign up

  • What are Group Licenses?

    All self paced courses have single, small group (1-10 ppl) or large group (11-50ppl) licenses. Single licenses have 6 months access whereas group licenses give you 12 months access to your course. You can access group licenses with the email you signed up with.

  • What is the difference between Group Training and Group Licenses?

    Our Group License courses are in self-paced format. These courses all include a leader's guide and printable booklets for your group members. Our Group Training Courses include a power-point, training manual and printable handouts. The course video is embedded in the powerpoint rather than hosted on our platform.

  • Can my group members access the course I bought a group license for?

    Yes! Flick an email to [email protected] with your order number and we can add 10 emails to a small group license and up to 50 emails to a large group license. We'll send a sign in link to your members

  • If I buy a group license, can I download the course videos?

    Yes. We understand that you may not have access to wifi when training your group. Let us know if you need downloadable videos.
